Wear comfortable clothes you can move in — like gym gear or stretchy trousers. If you’re coming for physio, we might ask you to remove a layer so we can assess the area properly. If you would prefer not to underdress, this is no problem
Hydrotherapy sessions bring a costume and towel
Yes! Our team is experienced in treating all kinds of joint, muscle, and movement problems — from back and neck pain to knees, shoulders, and everything in between.
We just ask for 24 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged at the session cost
Yes, wherever possible. Continuity matters to us, so we aim to keep you with the same therapist or instructor throughout your journey
Yes — we help improve mobility, reduce pain, and keep you active with arthritis.
Yes — we treat sprains, muscle tears, joint issues, post-surgery rehab and more. Whether you’re a weekend runner or elite athlete, we can help.
We have 3 spaces on site, we aim to keep these available for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. If you require a space let us know we will aim to make one available
Parking is available on The Stand and carpark opposite
No - The common perception is that a scan will tell us what the problem is. Sometimes yes, but more often not. Scans will provide us with lots of incidental findings that are irrelevant to the presenting problem in many cases.
A thorough subjective & physical assessment should be the first port of call in most non-emergency situations.
