We provide small classes lead by our sports rehab therapist and physiotherapists in our gym and hydrotherapy pool. Exercises can be tailored to take into account any pain or problems you have

Balance & Leg Strengthening Class

Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays at 10.30am

A fun & engaging class in our rehabilitation gym for anyone who is fearful of or experiencing falls, but also if you simply want to improve your balance & leg strength. A circuit-based exercise class designed to challenge you, but greatly improve your capacity to deal with some of the challenges of everyday life as you get older

Aqua Circuits

Monday at 9.00am

Thursday at 9.00am,  1.00pm & 3.00pm

A fun & engaging general exercise, circuit class in our hydrotherapy pool. A great way to improve your overall fitness, upper & lower body strength for all, but particularly if you find exercise on land too painful or demanding.

Ai Chi

Mondays at 

10am &11.30am

Our Ai Chi class offers participants a less vigorous route to exercise. Using continuous fluid movements you can expect to improve your core, balance and mindfulness.  We use a mixture of breathing control and relaxing music to create a calm environment in our heated pool. This class is suitable for all wanting to improve your fitness and postural control.

This class focuses on mobility, strength and non-linear movement patterns, encouraging your body to move fluidly rather than through static exercises. With an emphasis on injury prevention and recovery, Functional Flow supports the whole body while weaving in mindful breathwork and relaxation to care for your mind as well. It’s a supportive and empowering approach that helps you build confidence in how you move, release tension, and feel more balanced both on and off the mat. 

Functional Flow Yoga

Monday at 1.00pm

Functional Flow is a unique blend of yoga and physiotherapy designed to help you move with greater ease, awareness, and strength.  

Rheumatology Exercise

Tuesdays at 5pm

Thursdays 10am

Pool based exercise class great for managing Ankylosing spondylitis, spondyloarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis & psoriatic arthritis.

Strengthening Class

Tuesday at 9am

 This class contains lower and upper body strengthening in our exercise room. Participants will also improve balance coordination and flexibility. Each exercise can be catered to injuries or imbalances.

Parkinson's Hydotherapy

Wednesday at 11.30 am

A high intensity session combining boxing elements and a circuit of excises for those with a diagnosis of Parkinson's.
