We provide small classes lead by our sports rehab therapist and physiotherapists in our gym and hydrotherapy pool. Exercises can be tailored to take into account any pain or problems you have

Balance & Leg Strengthening Class
Mondays, Thursdays & Fridays at 10.30am
A fun & engaging class in our rehabilitation gym for anyone who is fearful of or experiencing falls, but also if you simply want to improve your balance & leg strength. A circuit-based exercise class designed to challenge you, but greatly improve your capacity to deal with some of the challenges of everyday life as you get older

Ai Chi
Mondays at 11.30am
Our Ai Chi class offers participants a less vigorous route to exercise. Using continuous fluid movements you can expect to improve your core, balance and mindfulness. We use a mixture of breathing control and relaxing music to create a calm environment in our heated pool. This class is suitable for all wanting to improve their fitness and postural control.

Aqua Circuits
Monday at 9.00am
Thursday at 9.00am, 1.00pm & 3.00pm
A fun & engaging general exercise, circuit class in our hydrotherapy pool. A great way to improve your overall fitness, upper & lower body strength for all, but particularly if you find exercise on land too painful or demanding.

Rheumatology Exercise
Tuesdays at 5pm
Thursdays 10am
A pool based exercise class run specifically for people diagnosed with axial spondyloarthropathy (radiographic & non-radiographic). It combines high intensity cardiovascular & strengthening exercises with stretching & deep breathing to improve mobility & strength in a supportive & relaxing environment.

This class focuses on mobility, strength and non-linear movement patterns, encouraging your body to move fluidly rather than through static exercises. With an emphasis on injury prevention and recovery, Functional Flow supports the whole body while weaving in mindful breathwork and relaxation to care for your mind as well. It’s a supportive and empowering approach that helps you build confidence in how you move, release tension, and feel more balanced both on and off the mat.

Strengthening Class
Tuesday at 10am
A fun & engaging 1 hour class in our rehabilitation gym (or outside in our covered yard area depending on the weather). A progression of our balance classes, involving more challenging whole body strengthening exercises. We utilise a variety of weights, kettlebells, medicine balls & bodyweight resistance to improve your overall strength.

HIIT
Tuesday at 4pm
​A combination of strengthening & cardiovascular exercises using bodyweight, kettlebells, slam balls, battle ropes & weights in our covered outdoor yard area.
Suitable for various levels of strength & fitness.

Our HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) circuit class is a fast-paced, 45-minute workout alternating between maximal effort exercises and short rest periods.
