An incredible result in one short session. Last August I damaged the tendon in the front of my right shoulder. It pretty much stopped me from doing any of my sports and was painful nearly all the time. I had so much physio and did a massive amount of rehabilitation exercises, but nothing shifted it. In the end I gave up and accepted I was just going to have to live with it and get on with what I could do which wasn’t much. It even hurt leaning forward cycling. Over a year on and I decided to give physio another go as I wasn’t sure what else to do. I went to see Andy at Harbourside and he re-visited all the physio I had. He pondered for a while and then decided to look at something completely different and wondered if it was actually referred pain and the real problem was somewhere else. He examined my neck for a while, and then found a spot that sent a shooting pain down through the problem tendon at the front of my shoulder. He worked on it for no more than 5 minutes. He told me to come back again the following week to see what had happened. Unbelievably the following day it felt completely different. I had power back, full range of movement again and no pain at all. I went back the following week having done all the sports I used to do with no problem whatsoever. I told him it was completely sorted, and we were both amazed at the result. How did he do that? I guess just highly experienced and effective. Pretty much a miracle!
