I was referred to Harbourside Physiotherapy by a close friend. The Physiotherapist was easy to talk to and listened to what my issues were and advised me on a treatment course. After having my consultation and first session of treatment, I felt more than comfortable and happy with the service and am more like my old self and able to live how I'm used to living. I can not rate this practice and the service high enough.

I have started therapy in the pool once a week with Andy and Jo and find it a very enjoyable experience. My knee pain has been helped by the aqua sessions. It is a great way to start the road to recovery.

I've been attending the weekly aqua circuit classes with Jo now for 3 weeks. The benefits are amazing . I have severe arthritis in my Knees, ankles and Hip and find exercising painful.
The warm water is a great relief combined with none stressful exercises, not only helps my joints but gets my body moving again.
Its also great fun with a great group of people and the staff are amazing.
