I thoroughly enjoy my weekly aqua circuit class run by Jo. I find it gives me a full body workout without stresses or strains to my body. I am left feeling pleasantly tired and I have no doubt it is very beneficial to my general fitness levels.
It is also a great pleasure to get into a warm pool in the winter months.

I have been attending Harbourside Physiotherapy for around three years now and cannot recommend Andy highly enough. Not only did he mend a back injury that I had for twenty years, he has cured every injury and source of pain I have presented myself with since then. His knowledge is amazing, he makes me feel so comfortable and I am always 100% confident in his ability to cure me. If you have any pain anywhere please go and see Andy, you will not be disappointed. The staff at Harbourside are all lovely, very helpful and accommodating. I have always been able to make an appointment when I need one and I am very grateful to everyone at Harbourside Physiotherapy, thank you!

The staff at Harbourside from the receptionist to the manager are welcoming and very helpful. The environment is warm and welcoming and fun. The physios are very knowledgeable and understanding and respectful. I can't praise Harbourside physiotherapy enough, they are brilliant
