I had a sports massage with Claire Holland because my lower back was in spasm from twisting it playing badminton.
She was absolutely excellent. The massage was very firm, sometimes painful as she put pressure on the knotted muscles but my back was so much better after.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To allow us to offer our clients a choice of appointment times we do require 24 hours notice for a cancellation of your appointment, failure to do so may incur a fee. This also includes bookings in the hydrotherapy pool.
