I originally met Andy when he was working in a practice in Falmouth approximately 8 years ago. I was very impressed by his approach and the extensive consultation prior to my first treatment. I have continue to seek treatments from time to time as and when necessary. My most recent visit was because of back and shoulder issues. I've also put on a lot of weight in recent years which wasn't helping. Andy listened to my concerns about the weight and because I said I wasn't motivated and had stopped exercising. He gently coaxed out of me several issues. Without being judgmental Andy suggested several options for me.. I'm glad to say I've taken his advice, I'm more mobile, feel more motivated and confident. I've also now lost 10lb in weight and I intend to continue following through with Andy's advice. Always friendly, professional and empathetic, a first class service in comfortable surroundings.

I have recently received some physiotherapy and massage treatments which have alleviated ongoing symptoms that I have been experiencing for some time. The treatments and service I received were outstanding and completely professional, from the moment I stepped through the door. I felt listened to and validated. Would highly recommend.
